We started Titan after one too many jobs got blown apart by demo subs that didn't show, didn't finish, or didn't haul the debris. The framers couldn't start. The plumbers couldn't rough in. The whole schedule slipped.
So we built a demo crew that operates like the rest of a high-functioning trade: scope it, quote it, schedule it, execute it, clean up, get out.
